At KILO we don’t believe in long lead times for design furniture. We strive to have most furniture in stock and ship them the same day as you order. When an item is not in stock we can produce it in 2-3 business days. Some specific pieces require a longer lead time when not in stock due to their size or construction, please see the product detail page for specifics.

We ship our furniture world wide and strive to keep freight costs as low as possible while using simple, flat rates. If your country is not included in our list of countries in the check out page, please contact us and we will try to accommodate. Below you will find an overview of our freight costs per ship-to zone and the flat fees for large and small items. On the product pages (listed in the bullet points section at the bottom of the page) you can look up whether a product qualifies as a small or large piece. When ordering multiple items, only the freight costs for the largest item in the order will be charged. More importantly, when your order exceeds 150 euros (Netherlands) or 2500 euros (EU only) shipping is entirely free.

Not happy with your piece? No problem, just ship it back to us within 4 weeks of purchase and we will refund the purchase price no questions asked. Have a quality issue, even after 4 weeks after purchase? No problem either; we stand by our product and offer life time warrantee on structural integrity. What does this mean? If any part of one of our pieces structurally fails we replace the broken part with no cost to you. Just let us know what happened to your piece, what part needs replacing and we will manufacture that part and send it out to you. Please note; this warrantee explicitly does not cover blemishes, stains, small chips or scratches due to normal wear and tear, but only structural damage.
